This website is operated by AP Vinyl Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AP Vinyl Designs.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting customization, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products and Services

AP Vinyl Designs offers custom apparel, decorated products, laser engraved items, sublimated products, print-on-demand products, production partner items, and related services.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, colors, materials, sizing, production methods, and processing times are subject to change without notice.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting an order. This includes:

Product selection
Size
Color
Personalization details
Spelling
Shipping address
Billing information
Uploaded artwork
Order notes
Any proof or mockup provided

Custom Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, engraved, printed, sublimated, and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for the customer.

These items may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Production and Shipping

Production times vary by product and order type.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated production or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless AP Vinyl Designs has confirmed a specific deadline in writing.

Artwork and Proof Approval

For some custom orders, AP Vinyl Designs may provide a digital proof, mockup, or artwork preview before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approving, including:

Spelling
Names
Numbers
Dates
Product colors
Garment sizes
Design placement
Artwork details
Logo details
Quantities

Once a proof is approved, the order may move into production. AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to represent product colors and artwork colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently on screens compared to the final printed, engraved, sublimated, or decorated product.

Garment color, material, lighting, printing method, engraving method, sublimation method, screen settings, and production process can all affect the final appearance.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, names, phrases, trademarks, images, photographs, or copyrighted material submitted to AP Vinyl Designs.

By submitting artwork or requesting a design, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it. You also authorize AP Vinyl Designs to use the submitted material to create your order.

AP Vinyl Designs reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, school, team, brand, or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, designs, graphics, text, layouts, mockups, and artwork created by AP Vinyl Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the responsibility of the customer. AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for verifying ownership or usage rights of customer-submitted material.

Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

AP Vinyl Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Inappropriate content
Supply issues
Pricing errors
Production limitations
Artwork concerns
Intellectual property concerns
Inability to meet a requested deadline

If an order is cancelled by AP Vinyl Designs before production begins, a refund may be issued when appropriate.

Pricing and Errors

We do our best to ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.

AP Vinyl Designs reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders affected by pricing, product, or availability errors.

Limitation of Liability

AP Vinyl Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
