Thank you for shopping with AP Vinyl Designs. Many of our products are made, customized, printed, engraved, sublimated, or fulfilled after an order is placed. Because we offer a variety of products and customization options, production times may vary by item.
Production Time
Production time is the time needed to make, customize, print, engrave, sublimate, prepare, or submit your order for fulfillment before it ships.
Each product may have its own estimated production time listed on the product page, product description, checkout information, or order communication.
Production times may vary based on:
- Product type
- Customization requirements
- Artwork or proof approval
- Order size
- Inventory availability
- Supplier or fulfillment partner timelines
- Current production volume
- Seasonal demand
- Fundraiser, team store, or bulk order schedules
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless AP Vinyl Designs has confirmed a specific deadline in writing.
If your order is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order at sales@apvinyldesigns.com so we can confirm whether the deadline is possible.
Production Time and Shipping Time Are Separate
Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins after your order has completed production and has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Selecting an expedited shipping method does not automatically shorten production time unless a rush production option has been approved by AP Vinyl Designs in writing.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Delivery dates shown by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically selected and paid for.
Bulk Orders, Team Stores, Fundraisers, and Custom Projects
Bulk orders, team stores, fundraiser orders, school orders, business orders, and custom projects may require additional production time.
Because these orders can vary greatly in size, product type, decoration method, artwork requirements, and approval process, we do not guarantee a standard production timeframe for bulk or custom work unless a timeline has been confirmed in writing.
Estimated completion dates may be provided during the ordering or quoting process. These dates are estimates and may change due to:
- Artwork delays
- Proof approval delays
- Product availability
- Supplier backorders
- Shipping delays
- Production needs
For best results, please contact us as early as possible when planning a group order, fundraiser, event, or deadline-based project.
Made-to-Order and Production Partner Items
Some products may be produced by a third-party production or fulfillment partner. These items are made after your order is placed and may ship separately from other items in your order.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for certain orders when shown at checkout or arranged directly with AP Vinyl Designs.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and ready.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
However, please contact us at sales@apvinyldesigns.com and we will do our best to help you locate the package or provide information needed for a carrier claim when possible.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to product availability, supplier delays, fulfillment partner delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, seasonal volume, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.
If we become aware of a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you with an update.
