Custom Order, Artwork, Copyright, and Trademark Policy

Effective date: June 29, 2026

AP Vinyl Designs offers custom apparel, laser engraving, sublimation, personalized products, team stores, fundraiser products, business orders, school spirit wear, and related custom services.

Because custom orders require extra time, materials, artwork, communication, and production planning, the following policy applies to custom work and customer-submitted artwork.

Custom Order Approval

For some custom orders, AP Vinyl Designs may provide a digital proof, mockup, or design preview before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully, including:

Spelling
Names
Numbers
Dates
Product colors
Garment sizes
Design placement
Artwork details
Logo details
Quantities
Any requested changes

Once a proof is approved, the order may move into production. AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Production Times for Custom Orders

Production times vary depending on the product type, decoration method, order size, artwork requirements, proof approval, inventory availability, supplier timelines, fulfillment partner timelines, and current production volume.

Bulk orders, team stores, fundraiser orders, business orders, school orders, and custom projects do not have a guaranteed standard production timeframe unless a timeline has been confirmed by AP Vinyl Designs in writing.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, names, phrases, trademarks, copyrighted designs, photographs, images, school marks, team marks, business logos, or other content submitted to AP Vinyl Designs.

By submitting artwork or requesting a custom design, you confirm that:

You own the artwork, or
You have permission to use the artwork, or
The artwork is legally available for your intended use

You also authorize AP Vinyl Designs to reproduce, print, engrave, sublimate, decorate, or otherwise use the submitted material for the purpose of completing your order.

Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

AP Vinyl Designs is not responsible for verifying ownership, licensing, trademark rights, copyright rights, school approval, team approval, business approval, or usage rights of customer-submitted artwork or requested designs.

The customer accepts responsibility for any claims, disputes, or issues related to artwork, logos, phrases, names, images, or other content submitted for use.

Right to Refuse Artwork or Orders

AP Vinyl Designs reserves the right to refuse any order or artwork request for any reason, including but not limited to:

Possible copyright infringement
Possible trademark infringement
Licensing concerns
School, team, brand, or organization approval concerns
Inappropriate or offensive content
Low-quality artwork
Production limitations
Inability to meet a requested deadline
Concerns about customer-provided materials

Color and Appearance Disclaimer

We do our best to represent colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently on screens compared to the final product.

Final appearance may vary due to garment color, product material, screen settings, lighting, printing method, engraving method, sublimation method, fabric texture, production process, and other factors.

Artwork Quality

The quality of the final product depends in part on the quality of the artwork provided. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or poor-quality artwork may affect the finished product.

AP Vinyl Designs may recommend artwork cleanup, redesign, or file adjustments when needed. Additional design or artwork fees may apply.

Final Sale

Custom, personalized, printed, engraved, sublimated, made-to-order, team, school, fundraiser, and production partner items are final sale unless there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.
