Sublimation Transfer Gang Sheet Builder

Everyone's equipment is slightly different so here is our recommended starting point.

For hard substrates, refer to your suppliers instructions.

Fabric Suggested Instructions:

• Apply at 400 degrees for 50 seconds using a heat press (mandatory).
• Use medium pressure.
• Conduct testing to ensure desired outcomes, considering variations in paper, ink, heat press, and atmospheric conditions.
• Use heat tape to prevent shifting or ghosting.

Sublimation specifics:

• Sublimate onto fabric with at least 60% polyester, preferably on a white or very light-colored garment.
• For the most vibrant result, choose a garment with 100% polyester.
• Lower polyester content may result in a more faded/vintage appearance.
• Sublimation prints do not include white areas; these areas will adopt the garment's color.

Important notes:

• Sublimation and heat transfers are non-refundable due to the diverse conditions and variables in application, including heat presses, inks, paper, and more.
• Irons and Cricut Easy Presses are not compatible with sublimation.
